·      Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales of tool room services, press tools, and sheet metal components.

·      Need to read and understand the quotation and quote for it at the earliest

·      Needs to have a basic understanding of press tools- Progressive tools and stage tools.

·      Create compelling marketing content, including product brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our tool room services, press tools, and sheet metal components.

·      Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email marketing campaigns, social media management, and search engine optimization (SEO), to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website.

·      Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and sales tools, such as presentations, product catalogs, and sales scripts, to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

·      Coordinate advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, online, and industry publications, to reach target audiences effectively.

·      Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers, trade associations, and media outlets to enhance brand reputation and thought leadership in the tool room and press tool manufacturing sectors.

·      Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products, generate leads, and build relationships with customers and prospects. 

Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. (Optional)

2.     Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the tool room or manufacturing industry.

3.     Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and customer segmentation.

4.     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

5.     Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, social media management, and website analytics.

6.     Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.

7.     Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

8.     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

9.     Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
