Tool Room – Quality Incharge

 Chennai, Tamil Nadu     0-10 Yrs    ₹18000 - ₹24000 Monthly

• Ø  Daily MIS preparation & share to HOD
• Ø  Prepare & present MRM documents monthly wise
• Ø  Daily morning meeting with TD team in shop floor
• Ø  Attending the design review and share our quality related points                
• Ø  Review PFR / arrange internal meeting & get sign off from them (Design, Tooling)
• Ø  Review inspection methodology / arrange meeting with customer and sign off
• Ø  Verify the BOM and study of all detailed drawing
• Ø  Support for static inspection will be done on finished tool (Before T0 Trial)
• Ø  Support for dynamic inspection will be done on during trial
• Ø  Review the trial parts inspection report & arrange CFT meeting with internal team & given approval for next trial
• Ø  Regular meeting with CMM team about the priority - input /output
• Ø  To review checking fixture(Gauge) DAP concept with design/vendor
• Ø  To arrange meeting with customer & get approval CF DAP for manufacturing
• Ø  To regular interaction with checking fixture vendor / vendor team for CF correction & completion.
• Ø  To guide the CMM team about the checking fixture concept and function for CF calibration
• Ø  Daily review with sub-ordinate.
• Ø  To maintain customer complaints, register and complaint handling and co-ordination
• Ø  To maintain Internal NCR & CAPA register & Internal NCR review and co-ordination with operation head & completion
• Ø  To verify kit elements deviations & sign off with operation head for kit handover to tooling
• Ø  Support for trial parts report preparation
• Ø  To verify buyoff documents & handover to customer

• Ø  Min 4 years in Drawings, Machining & Stamping Knowledge
